Thinking of Wyeth

This boat was the inspiration for the painting. It made me think of images I had seen of Andrew Wyeth's work. The reference photo was taken by my friend Sus who is always on the lookout for NE scenes I might like.

Great Blue

This fellow was a regular visitor to our lagoon in Florida where I took the picture. I modified his plumage to breeding feathers by using reference images from the internet.
